I challenged Phil: first to lose 3 or 4 stone (=42/19.05 or 56lb/25.4kg. Start date: 30/04/09) I decided to challenge Phil, after all, how many girl-friends realistically do I have that have 3 or 4 stone to lose?? (Let alone 7 stone!) Motive for blog: to allow friends to follow my progress and to garner support for the tough times. Long after Phil has reached his goal weight I'm going to have to battle to lose the full 7 stone. I'm gonna need all the support I can get.
